I loved the beautiful view of the lake in the morning during breakfast. The staff was helpful and gave excellent service. The hotel facilities were clean and the room was well-equipped. The hotel's location just off the N2 highway along the Garden Route made it easy to get around.

The location by the lake is stunning, especially at sunrise on the pier. It's perfect for those who are interested in watersports or just keen on an unbelievable experience by the water's edge. the restaurant experience was a bit disappointing, lacking in some aspects.

The housekeeping could have been better.

Peaceful and luxurious stay with stunning views overlooking a lake. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and ensured our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious food and appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation. The spa facilities provided much-needed relaxation. The location was ideal for a weekend getaway, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

The electricity supply was unreliable at times leading to issues with charging devices. The Wi-Fi was also slow and intermittent.

The rooms are decorated stylishly and provide stunning views of the lake. the swimming pool in the courtyard is a great place to relax. the hotel provides a lovely experience of tranquility, where you can appreciate nature and the view of the lake from the comfort of your room.

The coffee in the room was not palatable. It was disappointing that the restaurant did not offer evening meals upon arrival.

This hotel is a hidden gem along the Garden Route. the serene and intimate atmosphere provided us with the perfect place to unwind. We were pleased with the exclusive amenities, including a private pier and beautiful outdoor dining area facing the lake. the room was luxurious with its spacious layout and comfortable bed, and the staff went out of their way to serve and delight.

Though the hotel offered a nice restaurant, it only served breakfast and lunch. We had to drive to nearby towns for dinner options.
